Tracey Wond, PhD, is Head of Research in the College of Business, Law and Social Sciences at the University of Derby, UK. Tracey has contributed to the field of evaluation over the past decade, notably in her exploration of the ‘reality of evaluation practice’, an ethnographic study of life as an evaluator. She has published several evaluation papers in international peer-reviewed public management journals, on trust in evaluation, and the importance of longitudinal research in evaluation settings. Tracey has undertaken many evaluations in enterprise support and organisational change programmes and is passionate about enhancing the practice of evaluation.
