Tomasz Klimczak is an expert with extensive experience in evaluation of public policies. He has been working as a evaluator for about 10 years, is author of at least 50 reports and analysis he prepared for governmental agencies, local and central authorities in Poland. His main focus is mainly on studies that deals with competitiveness and social-economic development. He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology where he earned his PhD. Within 1994-2003 he was manager in public institutions such as Cooperation Fund Foundations and Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, working on structural reforms, developing strategies for SMEs’ growth as well as socio-economic regional development policies. In 2004 he successfully moved from public to private sector. Since then he has been carrying out projects for Sienna advisory group and WYG International. Currently he is executive of WYG PSDB.
