Rafał Trzciński graduated from University of Warsaw where he was studying Sociology. Since March 2017 he is executive of The Research and Statistical Education Centre within Central Statistical Office of Poland. Within 2016-2017 he was holding a position of director of qualitative research and analysis in Foundation Idea of Development. He has extensive experience in conducting research and evaluation dedicated to public policies that he gained working for as well public (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) as NGOs. As part of conducted projects he has been cooperating with European Commission and World Bank. He specializes in statistical methods of identifying causal effects. He is an author of numerous publications reviewing the subject. He is a member of Polish Evaluation Society.
