Andrzej Regulski since 2013 Managing Director of IMAPP, previously Director of Public Policies Evaluation Program within IBS. He is an economist, graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. He has conducted about 60 evaluation studies and other analytical projects commissioned by central and regional public administration. His main focus is on innovation, energy sector as well as institutional system of economic development policy in Poland. Over recent years he was managing projects that dealt with ex ante evaluation of Partnership Agreement and four Operational Programmes of 2014-2020 perspective, numerous evaluations of operational programmes dedicated to 2007-2013 financial framework and analysis of indicator systems in strategic and operational documents at both national and regional levels.
