Andrea Gramillano Ph.D. is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a solid knowledge of regional policies and specific competence in econometrics and statistics. He holds a PhD in Economics, with a thesis in urban economics and analysis of public policies and development economics. As partner of t33, Andrea is responsible for quantitative and econometric analyses. His working languages are: English, French, and Italian (mother tongue). He specialises in assessing the impacts of policy measures promoting R&D and innovation as well as in industrial policy and the smart specialisation of regional Structural Funds programmes. Experience both in mainstream programmes (in Italy and Romania), and European Territorial Cooperation programmes. Untenured Professor of Project Cycle Management in International Cooperation at the University of Macerata.
