Andrea Gramillano Ph.D. is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a solid knowledge of regional policies and specific competence in econometrics and statistics. He holds a PhD in Economics, with a thesis in urban economics and analysis of public policies and development economics. As partner of t33, Andrea is responsible for quantitative and econometric analyses. His working languages are: English, French, and Italian (mother tongue). He specialises in assessing the impacts of policy measures promoting R&D and innovation as well as in industrial policy and the smart specialisation of regional Structural Funds programmes.
