Agnieszka Tokaj-Krzewska Ph.D. Director of Strategy, Analysis and Evaluation Department at the National Center for Research and Development. She graduated from University of Warsaw, she is a doctor of economics, long-time researcher at the Warsaw School of Economics specializing in entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as protection of intellectual property. Within 2001-2007 Director of Programming and Evaluation Team in Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. For 14 years she has been involved in the evaluation of aid programs. She participated in the preparation of tools for the 2007-2013 programming period for two Operational Programs: Innovative Economy and Human Capital. Since 2012 she is running an evaluation unit in the NCBR. Her duties include managing research and evaluation plans (this includes designing, monitoring, supervision and closing projects). Author of three books, many articles, editor of four editions of the Report on the State Sector of the SME sector.
